Abstract :

The organisms are exposed to chemicals are considered highly toxic when the LD 50 does not reflect any effects from long term exposure. The toxicity can be evaluation by expressing the animals to different doses to successive batches of animals for fixed time and after suitable intervals by accounting the number of animals weight.Keeping in view that the lethal dose of Zinc alone is not sufficient in assessing various responses of the CSR2XCSR4race of silkworm to the concluded that both lethal and sub lethal doses of zinc has negative impact and sub-sub lethal dose has positive on growth and productivity of silkworm.
